I didn't get the hot tub I believe the receptionist booked it for someone else it was my Wedding Anniversary and the only reason i booked your hotel was for the Jacuzzi tub that i did not get to experience

The toilet was clogged when we arrived. We notified front desk and didn’t return for 4+ hours. Toilet had not been addressed at all. Front desk gave us a plunger and we fixed it ourselves. There was an ice bucket and coffee maker and no cups. The tub had a large roach in it and there was a stink bug on the pillow when we were ready to turn in. I have pictures of the insects. Apparently the bugs are not a surprise as there was an ant trap in the bathroom. Only one keycard worked. We went to the adjacent restaurant at 9:15 and ordered a meal The music was extremely loud and no lights were turned on in our area (which was separate from the bar/club area). So we ate in the dark. This was absolutely the worst and dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed

Quiet until the bar crowd got noisy as our room was right next to the lounge. Room clean, bed comfortable, breakfast needs improvement as eggs didn't taste right, parking was okay. For the price the motel was nice. Weston Grill did have good food and service.
Three and half stars to four max.

The first room they put me in was dirty and it smelled awful. Then i had a roach crawl out from behind the tv!!!! They did however make it right by putting me in a much nicer and cleaner room.
如果服务能打0分，我一定会给0分。前台接待员是个新手，完全没有经过培训，而且现场没有其他员工。我的房间已经预付了，她却试图再次收费。给我安排的房间锁是坏的，但他们换了三次房卡（包括万能钥匙）后才给我换房间。他们给我换的第二个房间锁也是坏的，不过这个锁已经部分拆卸了，所以至少他们没有让我重复尝试房卡。在此期间，其他顾客也遇到了问题。接待员显然很吃力，我为她感到难过，因为管理层把她放在了一个糟糕的境地。最后，一位助理经理来到现场，第三个房间终于有一个能用的锁了。不幸的是，房间里的WiFi几乎不能用，但那时我不想再碰运气去换另一个房间了。
位置好，员工友好。
房间里有难闻的气味，就像他们试图隐藏一些可能发霉的东西。离开酒店后，衣服上还残留着这种味道。整体感觉不新鲜。
