The beds were clean and the sleeping area was clean but the bathroom was another story. There were small hairs left over the counter and in the tub and toilet.
I felt like I needed to sanitize it b4 using it.
We never did shower bc of the mold and general grime in the tub
The advertised breakfast was unavailable.
Not even coffee or juice bc the cupboards were locked and no supplies could be accessed

Iit was quite drab very old could hear floor creaking upstairs when people were walking. Air conditioner very loud. But the only staff I seen was one guy and he was super friendly and helpful with our luggage.

Website states check in was at 1pm. Got there at 2:40pm. Was told to leave the office until the front desk clerk comes in. Found out pool was closed until further notice. There was leftover canned food in our fridge that was starting to mold. Forgot our cell phone in the room. Called the front desk but they stated they never found a cell phone in our room (probably the cleaner took it). Was told to call back in 1 hour after they clean the room. Called and still no phone. Will not come back.

The heating unit had a very noisy fan. The pool and hot tube were out of order. One soap dispenser was empty.
