i recently stayed at hotel rishi palace for two days and would rate my experience 3 out of 5 stars. the primary issue was with the water supply — the water in the washroom was dirty, which was highly disappointing. additionally, the quality of food was subpar and left much to be desired. while the staff was polite and the location convenient, these issues significantly impacted the overall experience. i hope the management addresses these concerns to improve the stay for future guests.

I stayed in hotel rishi palace from 19/6/23 to 22/6/23, the price was reasonable, food is ok taste and price. Pet friendly, has hot water and parking facility. Good location. The demerits are in three days stay they never changed my bed sheets or cleaned my room, it was i who always packed and emptied the waste basket all the time, no kettle was provided, and above all what i felt too disturbing was it was month of jun e and the room was hot. Their was not even a fan, the tv was not working, i requested the staffs many times to switch on the tv and to provide a table fan at-least but nothing happened. My family couldn't sleep all 3 nights due to hot weather _ the room was so hot. My kids said it was good to stay home even though delhi is too hot we have air-condition at home but in hotel there was not even a fan. I vacated without complaining about anything because my requests were not taken care of by the staffs.
