Key did not work, cleaning staff said room might not be clean, front desk staff said they meant to put me on a different floor. Room had no desk chair or hand soap.

Our entire stay was great from start to finish. House keeping always calls us to see if we might have any special needs and the front desk staff is always so accommodating and friendly..

We did not checked in until 7 pm. There were 2 staff at the desk to check people in. It was quick and easy. Staff very informative and friendly. Room very clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Our room faced the I-10 frontage road....a little traffic noise but not bad. If you want peace and quiet, you might want to ask for a room in the back of the hotel.
We did not realized the hotel has charging stations for EVs. We went to Walmart for fast charging. Walmart was only about 4-5 minutes away.

Amazing managers amazing staff complementary dinner and breakfast and lots of smiles the whole hotel smelled very good and did I mention the free cookies the parking was also amazing you need to give this place a try it’s totally worth it the also have filtered water for you and your pets 5stars six if I could give it

The front desk called us to verify we were coming(excellent service,never had that before). The room was ready when we arrived and was spotless! Checkin was a breeze, the bed was comfortable and we had a great nights sleep

Our stay at the Best Western in Fort Stockton was excellent. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and quiet. Perfect for our stop on a long road trip. The staff is professional and friendly. The hotel amenities are great. Definitely recommend!

BW 酒店没有预授权冻结，驻店很省心，很赞👍🏻。

员工非常友好，入住期间酒店设有酒吧和经理招待会，并提供免费晚餐。热水浴缸已不复存在，最近被水泥填平了。隔壁有一家不错的餐厅。房间宽敞干净。
应该还有其他选择。
