The hotel was clean. The breakfast was pretty good and was warm. The room was nice. No major complaints. Just don't shower when everyone else is... brrr!

I arrived later in the evening, around 10:30. Upon reaching my room, I was shocked to find a used soap
In the shower, along with open shampoo and conditioner, all of which had obviously been used by the previous guest. Perhaps this was an oversight on the housekeeping staff when cleaning they cleaned the room. The room was otherwise clean, and the staff was courteous. The front desk attendant didn’t seem bothered when I brought the used soap to their attention the next morning.

We drove through a snow storm, got to the hotel early, but desk clerk refused to let us check in early. We had to wait for a couple hours in our car outside in the cold. Never have we been treated like that before.

We had three rooms and got here early and they worked hard to get us in at least one room early. Wonderful staff
