Our short stay was great, nice people to work with at check-in, room was clean and nice. Great breakfast right across the street from the resort.

Room was clean, offseason so the office was closed when we got there, but the clerk came quickly, and was friendly.
We asked for towels, and they were provided quickly

If I could rate this a negative 5 I would. I arrived between check in hours , office was closed with a note that says call after hours number listed on paper. My husband and I called for 20-30 minutes straight. No answer, we texted the number and it kept saying the messages were being read but no one was responding or picking up the phone. We drove 4 hours booked the room in advance. We felt abandoned and misled. Thank goodness a nearby place had openings. I would not consider booking here EVER again.

Beach trip
It was a nice place to stay and very quiet. It was close to eating places and souvenirs stores and the beach approach. Cery convenient for quick places to visit. Breakfast could be better and I only saw the front desk guy when we checked in but all in all it was a good place to stay and we literally got the room same day.

The property is not welcoming They need to add some curb appeal There were flower pots with dead flowers and the outside door to the room was dirty. The inside of the room was clean. The lobby was dirty. Strange hours only check in times are 4PM to 10PM only

Nice motel style property with you being able to park right in front of your room.Tthe room had a microwave and fridge with free wifi.
Great location, a lot of dining options within walking distance. Beach just a short walk away
The only con I had was there wasn't a lot of drawers or room store things just 1 small clothing rack bolted to the wall but I just used their luggage holder and basically stored everything in my suitcase and was fine not worth deducting a star

Even before checking in, Juan was great as I thought I had to cancel, then did not. The sheets and pillows were over the top! No view but you could hear the sound of the waves and the sea gulls! I'll be back.
