Amazing hotel delicious food best facilities the staff is very cooperative specially front office staff and FNB staff rooms are very comfortable overall I had a great experience in hotel tulip inn I recommend my friends to visit here.

My grandmother and I stayed at the hotel from November 29 to December 3. Everything was fine until the last night around 12:30 a.m, someone rang our doorbell. When I looked through the peephole, an ununiformed *** said he had a guest. I opened the door and saw a stranger lurking at the hallway wall. I told the staff member I didn’t know him, and the staff member said ok. The next morning at reception, the staff said the *** was drunk and had given them our room number. I believe, at a 4-star hotel, staff should have asked for our full names and contacted us first ,not just let a visibly drunk stranger to our room. I felt this was extremely unsafe, that anyone who is visibly drunk can give you a room no and staff member will take the stranger to that particular room. I think proper briefing should be provide to all the staff members.

It is a great place to stay at anytime. It was very comfortable and safe for me I enjoyed a lot. The staff was very cooperative and helpful specially the front office staff, they are very sincere and active at the work time. The food was very delicious and the FNB staff was also good. I recommend to all of you guys to visit here.

Such a bad experience! Being a frequent traveller, I usually stay at reputed properties like Holiday Inn, Ramada, etc., but this time I thought of giving Tulip Inn a try — and it was a mistake. To start with, they don’t even keep a conditioner in the bathroom. We had booked a double room, but there was only one towel provided, and the hair dryer wasn’t working either. The breakfast was terrible — everything was cold, and the F&B team looked half asleep. Even the lobby washroom was poorly maintained; the door knobs were jammed. I mentioned all these issues to the front office during checkout, but the person at the desk was absolutely blank and just said “sorry.” That’s it. Overall, a weird and unpleasant experience. Definitely not recommended.

recently stayed in Tulip Inn with family. we booked 3 rooms. Rooms were good, service was prompt and breakfast buffet was also good. Overall, its a nice hotel, conveniently located on highway.

Nice clean hotel to Stay.. Seems on Reception is very helpful and kind.. improvement in breakfast is required. Other wise location etc is good
