Our Duty Manager attended promptly on the evening to assist and rectify the situation.While this does not happen to every guest on rare occasions bugs such as cockroaches can enter the building due to our street-level location and doors opening frequently throughout the day. This is not reflective of the cleanliness of the hotel. We maintain a regular professional pest control program, to try and limit such occasions.As the issue occurred late at night during a one-night stay, an immediate room move was not initially offered to avoid further inconvenience. However, a room move was later extended, and had this been requested at the time, we would have been more than happy to assist.Regarding compensation, we would like to clarify that this was offered both at the time of the incident and again the following morning. You were presented with the option of breakfast or a food and beverage credit to use in our outlets.Once again, we truly apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. 很少写酒店点评,但老克莱尔酒店是我非常满意的酒店,从地理位置到酒店设施再到服务和性价比我都觉得是特别好的体验,如果下次去悉尼,我还会选择这里。
位置:位于悉尼市中心,下面有一条很有特色的小街,周末的晚上很热闹。走路不到三分钟可以去到商超有ww超市,需要买点什么补给也十分方便。坐公交都只需步行5min
环境:是一个老建筑改造而成,保留了其原有历史建筑的特色的同时,丝毫不会感觉到房间设施老旧,反而觉得很有特色。
服务:可以说非常非常非常非常满意,不论是我第一天check in还是最后一天check out.前台都非常好的接待了我们,第一天早上六点到的悉尼,还让我们提前入住进行洗漱了,最后一天我在酒店遗失了我的opal卡,前台工作人员也帮我找到了。非常感谢!
卫生一般 被子不是很干净 停车50刀每天 在酒店对面的停车场 但是需要先到前台问酒店拿门禁才能进去 然后开出来的话也一样需要这个门禁 我们就碰上酒店仅有的两把门禁都不在等了半个小时让前台带我们找了停车场那边的管理人员才把车开出来

酒店位置很好,而且酒店很贴心地让我提前办理入住了,所以住得很舒服。
酒店位置比较方便,但是房间环境真的是太一般了,有点脏兮兮的感觉,更好笑的的是,房间桌子的上的装饰画,挂的是几个马桶的照片,坐在桌子哪里看着马桶😮💨😮💨
总体来说还不错,设施、卫生、环境、服务等各方面都还是不错的,整个内部装修风格比较有特色,特别壕的是房间还配了一台Boss音响,印象中还是第一次见,稍微有点意外的是早餐不是自助而是点餐。
我们在这里住了四个晚上,体验非常棒。房间又大又新,工作人员也非常友好。
悉尼行程最后一家酒店,超预期,升级到玛丽奥套房。设计感十足,客厅出片。卫浴极佳,有胶囊咖啡机,配带牛奶。茶包T2,有助睡眠的。旁边街巷中餐厅,传统布置,灯笼高挂。
一间由旧工厂改造的酒店,内部空间迷人而又高雅。房间宽敞,工业风的设计时尚别致,餐厅和屋顶酒吧都堪称一绝。满分推荐!!!
酒店在city,走路中央火车站和公交站很近,酒店的西式早餐非常好吃,不贵,周围很多商场,旅游住的好地方!
