We booked two rooms. One room was fine, but the other was a very poor experience. The second room smelled bad, the AC did not work, and the WiFi was extremely poor and practically unusable. Despite raising complaints multiple times, no action was taken and no alternative room was provided. This was very frustrating because we paid for a proper 3-star stay, but the experience completely spoiled our trip. The reception staff also did not look professional, which added to the disappointment. In reality, the property feels like some made-up rooms on the 3rd floor, not a genuine 3-star hotel as they claim. This is misleading to customers and needs to be addressed.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Lift not working since last 3 days, ever since I checked in. Treebo management not bothered . No pantry or canteen. Hotel is on third floor. Decided to never opt for Treebo hotels. Very bad management

An overall satisfactory experience. Can improve. Rooms must be maintained well. The furniture is old and broken. The AC was leaking water inside the room and the bed sheets were not white clean. If you are looking for a single night stay, it is a good choice.

Would like to come again and be recommended to all. Breakfast is too good as I didn’t expect that from a Chennai based Hotel. Apart from Tamil communication, everything went smooth and perfect stay. Thanks to all of the staff especially the guy who is cooking. Too young and having a bright future in Food production side.

The location worked well for me as the hotel is walking distance from the US VAC center. The room I stayed in was clean and in good condition. The only issue was it did not lock from the inside. I hope they fix this problem. Would highly recommend Basil with twist restaurant that is closeby if you like European cuisine. The staff at Treebo was couteous. Just make sure you select a good room that locks on the outside too. Some rooms had smoking allowed so be careful to check if yours is that way and you are sensitive to cigarette smoke.

Thank you for the service. No disturbances. Friendly environment and 24hrs service plus outside online order also allowed. Lovely one but finding hotel but difficult due to small board. Thankfully I don’t have any problem

Had a wonderful stay at Treebo for 2 days. Good service and helpful staffs. Rooms was elegant and classy. Location was really good. Walkable distance from hospitals , cafes , pubs and restaurants . Much recommended.

The room was really amazing it's was spacious, neat and tidy The service was even good every staff was really helpful liked the hotel Wish to visit again trust me it's the best hotel to visit atleast once you should visit
