I couldn't find one thing wrong with our stay, it was pleasant and close to any and everything you could possibly need. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Rooms were spacious, clean and felt like home. Would definitely stay again.

We were comfortable in the room. Lots of room. Great kitchen area and large bathroom. Very nice area to sit around pool and in lobby.

预订时我们要求不要客房服务以保护隐私。入住第三天，我们外出约30分钟，回来后发现房间已被他人进入并打扫过。我们感觉隐私遭到侵犯，因此立即退房，当时距离退房还有两天。
我与前台交涉后，被告知尽管我通过*******预订时要求不要客房服务，但*******并未将此信息传递给酒店。
如果*******没有将此信息传递给汽车旅馆，就不应该在预订时询问这个问题。
工作人员非常热情，但是房间装修很糟糕，灰蒙蒙的，空调噪音很大，而且前台入口没有任何指示牌，我们费了好大劲才找到。值得一提的是，总经理非常关心客人，理解我们的抱怨，并给了我们折扣，我们对此非常感激。自助早餐种类丰富，非常棒。
酒店非常舒适干净，员工也很友好。房间很棒，空间宽敞。下次肯定还会入住。
