There's no washer and dryer in the condos, the pool closes at 7:30 every night so you either have to give up part of your day at the beach for the pool or just miss out on the amenity all the way. They also close it with any warning of rain even if there's no lightening. We sat for 3 hours with clear skies waiting for them to open it back up because they said there was a chance of thunderstorms which never happened. Property is very old and run down which would be fine except that it's priced as though its in pristine condition.

That said, the pool only closes at dusk and in the event there is lightning present within 10 miles of the pool. This is for the safety of our guests as lighting can travel within that distance. Guest safety is our highest priority and while that can dampen time at the pool. Our property is older, and is a work in progress. We charge rates comparable to other like buildings in the area and the fact that we are one of the few that offers not just a room, but a complete condo including a full sized kitchen and multiple bathrooms. The prices for our units are indicative of those extra amenities and the proximity to the beach which you would not find at other "hotels" on our coast for the price.

We mostly enjoyed our stay at the property. We have a family of 6 and the 2 bedroom condo was very sufficient. The room was clean and had plenty of linens. They provide all kitchen needed items for cooking and cleaning. That was nice! The bed in the master bedroom however was extremely uncomfortable. It needs to be replaced, as it sank in the middle. The beach access was closed which will be super convenient if its repaired. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

When we booked the room we were under the impression we would have a beach view and we didn't. There was in fact no beach access from the hotel from it being roped off in the back parking lot. Every night we had to park our car behind the hotel in a uncomfortable area. The pool and hot tub was locked up very early. There's no breakfast and very stiff beds.
I did like that there was plenty of space and a very comfortable living area. Staff was very friendly and it was right on the coast.

Just to clarify, the listing for the unit you stayed in does state it is a pool view room as all of our two bedroom, family condos are. We also do not advertise free breakfast as we have never offered that amenity. We are sorry if you thought otherwise, but we do our best to make our listings as clear as possible. We are directly on the oceanfront; however our back parking lot / seawall is under construction from previous Hurricane damage. There is; however, direct beach access from our building as we have two pathways to the beach and it is very easily accessed from the back lot. While we also have a side parking lot, you stayed during an extremely busy event weekend and unfortunately, the side spots get utilized quickly.

Only complaint I have is security !!! I had a parking pass on my dash well apparently it fell on driver seats instead of just looking right there they were giving out tickets and warnings like they was about get a million dollar bonus ! Be different if it wasn't up there but was laying in the drivers seat lol !!!!

Old but clean. There is a pool but bring your own towels. Great views of Atlantic Ocean. Staff very helpful and pleasant. We will probably be back for next years dance and cheer competition

Older property definitely needs sprucing up, very rusty handrails on stairs, doors, needs new paint, repairs to the floors, etc. Know it's on the beach, but definitely in worse shape than many others on beach. When we first went in the unit, it definitely had a musty smell but once we opened the balcony door, it went away quickly. That said, the check in and check out was great, very friendly especially at check in. Our unit was clean with all the linens and toiletries we could need and the balcony was a big plus

Highly Recommend!
A perfect weekend get away for our family! The suite had ample room, a fully equipped kitchen, and wonderful views. The pool was a perfect temp, clean, and the deepest I’ve seen at a hotel. Hot tub was fantastic, and beach access is convenient. I deeply appreciate that they let us stayed parked in the lot after check out so we could enjoy the beach day without paying for parking. Will definitely be back!
