We arrived about 7 p.m. A women was outside on her phone. We entered the lobby and it was empty. We rang the bell on the counter, waited, rang it again then called out. It was about three minutes. My husband went outside to ask the lady where the clerk was...it was her. She said she was on break but came in and checked us in
The rooms were great, comfortable bed and pillows, very clean. Nice breakfast the next day.

First we got there late. The front desk person was too busy speaking with who she later said was her husband. We had to ring the bell twice, even though she was standing right outside the desk. She was rude!! The bathtub was dirty and the food subpar! I do not recommend this hotel.Plus, they have not released my deposit for incidentals.
I never charged anything in the hotel. She took $100 and charged my credit card and I’m going to have to dispute the charges because we did not spend any money in that hotel. They are a rip off they’re rude and they stole $100 for me yes they did. I can prove it. I have pictures with my banking.

酒店回复: I wanted to follow up regarding the concerns you brought to my attention. At checkout, you stated that a member of my staff refused to wait on you. After reviewing the camera footage, I confirmed that this was not accurate. When you entered the lobby, she immediately stopped what she was doing and assisted you.The footage also shows that she allowed you to check in with two pets after you stated they were service animals. She reviewed our service-animal policy with you in detail.She also went over the required service-animal documentation which you initialed and signed, which explains that service animals must remain with their handler (you) at all times. The camera footage shows multiple instances where these conditions were not met.Although our policy includes a $250 fee per animal when the service-animal rules are violated, you were only charged $50 per animal as a courtesy because of your concerns. I waived the remaining $400 in penalty fees.You signed the documents agreeing to these terms at check-in. If these conditions were not acceptable, you were welcome at that time to choose another property that allows pets.

The actually place didn’t look as nice as the picture, staff was friendly but couldn’t help us with the laundry dryer issue we had. Overall it was okay.

酒店回复: I’d be happy to clarify. The rate you booked was a discounted rate that comes with a standard 4:00 p.m. check-in time. Early check-in is an additional service and is not included with discounted rates, which is why there was a fee for receiving the room before the contracted check-in time.Regarding leaving early: once a guest has checked into a room, that room is considered occupied until the 11:00 a.m. checkout time. Even if you choose to leave earlier, the room cannot be cleaned, inspected, or resold to another guest for the same night. Because of that, the nightly room charge remains the same regardless of the time you depart.You received the full value of the reservation, including access to the room through the entire stay window up to 11:00 a.m. the following day.If you need anything else clarified, I’m happy to help.

The room was kept clean which is greatly appreciated.
Staff was friendly and the breakfast bar was kept clean and very well stocked with the attendant being friendly.
