I stayed at this location for two nights. I must say, the place is very well located adjacent to the main road in Deorali. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The place offers a good dining menu with great options for all sorts of travellers. A special shout out to Mr. Rajan Gurung and Mr. Ravi Rai for their exceptional courtesy. I definitely recommend this place for stay in Gangtok.

I recommend not to book this hotel as my experience was badly affected by this stay. 1. No lift and it is not mentioned anywhere. So, you are the coolie to carry all your luggage to first floor (even if you have lots of luggage. ) 2. Wardrobe provided was half the height of a normal person. 3. Room had so many lights but none were sufficient to even light up the room, so it was like a dark movie setup. 4. Window was provided but was instructed not to open as fly, birds etc. could get in and make the room dirty. So, we were not allowed to have fresh air (and no ac room due to cold weather in Gangtok.) 5. One person handles both the hotel reception and the restaurant; so you may have to call his mobile number every time you need anything. 6. Hotel restaurant gets closed by 8:30pm (which was not informed to us and guess what nothing about the hotel was informed to us while check-in) and you will have to either walk out for food or order online. 7. If you ask for breakfast early in the morning, you will get to know that the restaurant starts at 8am, so if you plan to get out for the tour at early hours, don't select complimentary breakfast option as you will never get before 8am. 8. We had ordered chicken gravy for lunch and the smell and taste was like of some chemical used chicken. The restaurant serves pork too. 9. One morning we had to take bath in cold water as the geyser was not working, and when informed to house keeping guy, he went out of the room door and switched on a switch which will turn on the geyser. It was not informed to us that to use geyser we need to switch on once outside the room door and then once inside the bathroom. 10. You may feel after staying here that you have not got the service you expected and you have paid for. So, don't select this hotel. You have better choices available in mg marg.
酒店位置很好,离Deorali出租车站步行可达(走楼梯抄近路的话,两三分钟就到了,不过是上坡)。我们预订的时候好像和另一个网站的客人撞单了,但酒店员工处理得很好。免费早餐也很棒,可以从餐厅菜单里随便点。淋浴热水器有两个开关,一开始不知道,还以为热水器坏了,但联系前台后他们很快就来解决了。虽然设施有点旧,还有蟑螂,但总的来说,这还是一家不错的酒店。
