Kitchenette room had nothing to cook with i paid extra for a useless kitchen. No coffee the whole stay of 1 week! Mexican kitchen lady complained under her breath constantly about guests. I want a partial refund because i could have booked room without kitchenette for cheaper.

Very run down. Not a good area. Stingy with towels. Room and bathroom extremely small. No balcony outside windows view of low income housing. Would never stay there again

My stay was okay i was just upset because thay advertised a pool and been waiting for months to get it inspected which is crazy because it was 100° one day and 101 the next. But front desk was very nice.

The staff was amazing! The split hotel ****** going from one to the other and having to go outside in the blazing heat walking by the air conditioning units that were outputting heat was not fun! The pool was shut down and that is one reason we picked the hotel in the first place. The breakfast was good.

Not enough clean towels. Had to purchase towels the second night. Previous guests items still in room. Halls smelled of smoke. Looked old and unkept.
