Stayed at this resort a number of times over the years mostly when it was Shevarns. I called into the reception late Feb to see about availability of rooms, a kid behind reception with strange eyes just ignored me as i stood in front of him and kept looking at is phone and another employee came and assisted me with my enquiry concerning rooms and costs the kid behind reception was totally unproffesional in is role of working on hotel reception, for whatever reason this employee just kept looking and laughing while myself and the helpful employee discussed availability. Needless to say i didnt book a room.

Not the flashiest place in Subic Bay but nice and clean and comfortable with great staff and the service was very good, everyone with smiles. There was never any hesitation to approach an issue affecting guests.
Subiza酒店老板——仅供参考，几年前我曾来过这家酒店一两次，当时感觉还可以。但最近几年，酒店的情况发生了变化，服务质量明显下降。我预订的是高级房（不是普通房）。房间里没有毛巾，浴缸很脏，马桶冲水不畅，也没有牙刷。房间维护很差。游泳池也很脏，看起来好几年都没清理过。我都不敢下水。然而，这家酒店最糟糕的地方在于，他们允许酒店整夜（直到凌晨5:30）举办喧闹的派对，音乐震耳欲聋，醉醺醺的年轻人整夜在客房门口大喊大叫。这是我人生中第一次在酒店房间里睡不着觉，凌晨5:30派对的噪音依然没有停止，我只好开车回马尼拉。一些员工竟然和客人一起开派对（我甚至怀疑他们是不是酒店的客人，因为所有房间看起来都空着，原因显而易见）。我这辈子都不会再去那家酒店了。感觉酒店老板很久没来了，管理一团糟。我希望老板能看到这条评论，并采取措施拯救这家很有潜力的酒店（就在海滩边），但看起来管理混乱，连基本的客户服务都不懂。顺便说一句，我在Facebook上找不到评论选项。我猜酒店是因为差评太多或者害怕差评而关闭了这个功能。至少谷歌和TripAdvisor还能写评论。
苏比克的度假村价格实惠，而且在预算范围内，但是： 1. 没有实际的海滨，但可以进入。 2. 房间很小，设施很基本。 3. 游泳池很小，但孩子们会喜欢。 4. 餐厅的食物种类很多，但有点贵。
