Our AC was extremely loud. Due to the events of the weekend our room couldn’t be changed and it was extremely difficult sleeping in a room with 2 children with the noise from the ac fan.

This is an excellent hotel and wonderful amenities. I love the large hot tub and swimming pool. It is so peaceful and quiet when I stay there. Hawley is a quiet, convenient town to travel through.

I love this hotel. One of my favorites. However, there was only one staff there, and she was nice enough, but seemed to take a long time to deal with her hotel work. Other than that, a great stay. I love the amenities and the general environment.

Hidden Gem
We were welcomed upon entry. There was a new person learning the ropes and she was doing well. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds warm and cozy. We enjoyed a drink at the bar and went to a nearby place for supper. We were welcomed back and asked if we needed anything. The seating areas outside the rooms are comfortable and well lit for reading. Breakfast was a typical continental style. All food was served at the appropriate temperature. Check out was easy. Will stay here again when we head north.
