Was my go to hotel in the past, but that had change but thought I would give them a try again. Front end staff knew I was coming and did there best to make the stay as good as they could. Check in was great, room was nice and freshened up after the first night. The breakfast was weak but that is expected at a hotel. Not sure about eggs and baked beans, made for a long meeting that afternoon;). Pool and hot tub were a bit dirty with hair and brown scum, but it was later in the evening and the hotel was busy. Found a bit of garbage under the sofa bed, but that was it. We will most likely be back.

Had pleasant one night stay on December 24, 2025. from check in to check out and everything in between went well. Friendly staff and good service Highly recommended

Reservations took our booking and said that we could park our vehicle for the week free of charge . On checkin we are told to park on street or in back corners of hotel lot. When checking out at 4 am we were informed remove are vehicle from their property as they don’t provide and long term parking. Reservations should not of misinformed us. Front desk staff were rude and argumentative. Afternoon staff saying we could park in a corner of the parking or street, Am staff saying no long term parking is allowed

酒店设施，比如游泳池、热水浴缸和每日早餐，都给我留下了不错的印象。但客房服务方面体验不太好，住了七天，床单被罩几乎没换过。让客房服务清空垃圾桶或者提供纸巾之类的消耗品都挺费劲的。总的来说，渥太华那家分店的体验比萨斯卡通这家要好。
很棒的酒店，干净整洁，欧陆式早餐很丰盛。唯一的缺点是他们取消了商务中心，这让我很难完成一些工作。
我早上抵达，可以免费寄存行李。比官方入住时间提前一点办理了入住。从酒店步行往返机场只需15分钟。我不得不在早餐时间前很久退房，但很庆幸他们给了我外带早餐（百吉饼和苹果）。我的房间非常安静，所以我睡得很好。
酒店很干净，服务也不错。但是，晚上和早上都能听到楼上蹦蹦跳跳的声音。
