Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. I love that the pool and hot tub are open late. The woman taking care of breakfast was on top of replenishing food items. Decent breakfast too. Our go to place when staying in the area.

It was a nice room, clean and comfortable. It had a cabin feel to it which was nice. Customer service was great. The breakfast was good.

Shower was set up for handicap access so had shower wand instead of shower head. Wand was leaking, wouldn't stay in position and had poor water flow. Needs replacement.

The lobby is cute and kept modern and festive. Breakfast was great and the woman managing it was on it refilling and rotating hot food! Well stocked selection and seating. Pool and hot tub were well temp and clean. Rooms were dated but not terrible. Smoke free rooms advertised inside property but outside in the front parking lot people gathered to smoke.
Only bummer was that we booked the hotel in hopes of having the shuttle they advertise bring us to Mohegan for our event. I was told the “shuttle is down”. I believe this be a line that will come with future bookings for those relying on this as well shouldn’t count on it either. When asking the front desk, they said it was down so fast it was well rehearsed. No sign was up nor was it mentioned at check in. Felt like something they weren’t being transparent about but relying on it as a selling point..

Ok well 1st room smelled like cigarettes and literally had ashes on the bed..moved to a SECOND room which didn't have those issues but the beds were like sleeping on concrete..we had to take them apart..tried flipping the mattresses but nothing helped..it was my birthday(reason why we booked to begin with)and our backs and necks were so stiff we couldn't enjoy anything..didn't know I was paying for 2 nights of agony smh

Good simple motel. Beds are comfy, room and bathrooms clean and spacious enough. Continental breakfast supplied well and the usual. Check in and check out very efficient. Nothing fancy but a good place to flop at the end of the day. Price is right.

Pool was closed but they did have the hot tub open until midnight which was good after a day at the fair . Breakfast was good

I really think this hotel could have been more clean . Windows , floors, entrances, air filters and venting . We always bring our own bag of cleaning supplies and I’m glad we do this because it was definitely needed here.
