Didn't eat the breakfast did have the coffee. The room was clean but the bathroom needed some cleaning around the tub where the caulking it looked like it had mold or mildew.

Didn’t eat the breakfast. The rooms smelt moldy and smelt so bad and now I’m sick from it. I’m allergic to mold!

Maybe 2 chairs in the room would be nice there was only one computer chair to sit, we had to sit on the bed

Very rude owners. Bedding had burn holes in it. Was there for a week and only had a working TV the last couple of days.

The room I had was on the 2nd floor facing the highway so I could hear the cars & trucks driving by. Location is very good : convenient located near I10 to Biloxi / New Orleans. In addition, however, the bathtub faucet was a bit loose from the flange & it needs to be recaulked or replaced. The room was clean, but it had an acrid odor to it. This hotel rents to people that have pets so I didn’t know if that might have been the cause of the curious odor. There were No hangers, hair dryer or coffee maker. And I did t ask staff for them, so they might have been provided on request.
The breakfast area was very nice. Served, 3 types of cereal: can’t remember, Raisin Bran & Frosted Flakes, Waffle Maker, Muffins, Coffee ( 4 types: Weak, Med. Bold & Decaf. Packaged creamers- plus Apple & Orange juice too.
Staff: both night and morning were very friendly & helpful.
All in all, I probably would stay here again. Although, I would be Requesting a pet free room.

Loud staff in the morning outside room
Poor condition of room, ac falling apart, shower bar falling off, dirty room with hair in shower, holes in wall. Renovation was a joke, floor missing tiles. Made me feel like I was in a 3rd world country.
Breakfast is stale cereal and watered down juice

My favorite place to stay in Ocean Springs MS.
Wonderful place to stay. The general manager, Sam, is a nice friendly man who takes care to make your stay wonderful. The hotel isn't far from the interstate or places to eat and do things.
