Never stayed at a Red Roof. I noticed a smell when we came in. Only hot water in bathroom sink, no cold water. Beds weren’t bad but I would spend a little more and stay at a little nicer place.

I booked a king, accessible, room on the ground floor and was exactly what we got. It was clean and area was good. We had a great trip. There for 6 nights.

Noisy guests (a baseball team actually) checked in right before us and I asked the staff member do not put us in the building where they were because they were young men and although they seemed tired, they weren’t ready to retire. I was assured that we were in a different building and everything would be fine. However, that is not correct they were in our building on the same floor next to our room. There were multiple rooms where they stayed and when I went back to the office because I was told that I could have a different room in a different building. The young lady told me that there was only one room and it did not meet our expectations when we made the reservation so we ended up canceling and leaving very early in the morning. The room itself was OK however, there were stains on the fitted sheet and she was very worn so the hotel definitely could use new bedding, and the surroundings of the hotel did not appear to be the safest place to stay.

It’s infested with stank bugs and bed bugs. The owners and workers don’t give a half of care but won’t give back any money. I left a day early then I planned and paid for because of the bugs. I wouldn’t pay for a homeless person to stay at that Red Roof honestly.

The rooms are small, with a tiny bathroom, but it was clean and really comfortable beds. Friendly staff as well. I would stay there again

前台人很好。但是感觉床单有股淡淡的没有洗干净的味道,(是汗味吗?)浴室很小,纸巾也不是全新的一卷。其他还不错,这个价格可以了。
