Booked for 6 nights, only stayed one. Son offered for us to stay at his place and it was a no brainer. I’ve never been in a hotel that didn’t have an elevator, I should have been a smarter consumer and read the fine print. Additionally, the staff weren’t the friendliest, and the individual who checked us out enraged my husband when he told us he couldn’t give a receipt for our one night stay, even though I booked through ******* but paid on site. I refused to argue with him at 3:00 in the morning but he was rude, unknowledgeable, and tested my patience. I assured him that he never had to worry about us staying there again.

Rooms were okay, not the best, not the worst. Housekeeping was awful in my opinion. Room was ice cold when arrivrd. Towels had to keep asking for. No glasses after first day and had to keep asking. Bteakfast was eithet blueberry or chocolate chip muffins, biscuits (cold) bread for toast, apple, cereal, hot gravy, scrambled eggs, pork sausage patties, make waffles (best) in the refrigerator section activia yogurt peach, blk cherry, strawberry after 1st day peach was gone could have small orange juice or apple juice reg or decafe coffee. Very nice management but the rooms not swept, the toliet had stuff around bowl.on outside, that i wiped off - disgusting! Overall felt safe and if i had to do a fast business okay but longer no i would go somewhere else
