We stayed for one night and the beds were probably the best part of the room. The staff we encountered with were also kind and the check in/out process went smooth. The place is definitely outdated and could use some good remodeling. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows, but everything else was just ok. Definitely saw a cockroach roaming around the bathroom, and the overall smell of the place was just old. If you need a place to sleep, this hotel is great. Other than that, you get what you pay for.

The rooms were clean, the hotel overall seemed pretty clean. The reason we chose this hotel was for the pool and the game room because we had a couple of energetic boys. The pool was shut down and the game room was lackluster at best. No arcade games. The air hockey table was barely working and about to fall over. There weren't any balls for the foozball table and the game room was fully lit which made the whole experience a little disconcerting. The one redeeming thing was their breakfast. It was an excellent assortment of items.

The room had a bad smell, the tv didn’t work, the carpet was dingy. I called the front desk twice and nobody answered. Had the guy from the front desk come to fix tv, he wasn’t able to fix it. Seemed to not really care. Could hear everything next door and in the hallway.

Room’s carpet had just been cleaned. Room smelled musty as a result and carpet was wet.
Normally very nice room and stay. This made it uncomfortable.

We stayed at Days Inn in Osage Beach for the Lake of the Ozarks Bikefest. I found the motel clean. Staff was accommodating when we arrived, helping us get rooms close to the other couple we came with. Our room was cleaned daily. There was a nice indoor pool and a nice outdoor pool. I was able to get coffee in the morning from downstairs. I did not try the breakfast. But overall, I was satisfied with the accommodations.

It was fine as I was just there for a night sleep and a shower. It’s an old hotel, no updates but the room was clean. Clean bathroom and linens. Upon check in, I was barely acknowledged and was just given a card with a room number written on the envelope, then pointed in the direction of my room. So again, fine for the very short time I spent at the hotel.

The staff was friendly, but the rooms were not cleaned upon arrival, the room I booked was not what was advertised, we decided to check out and stay elsewhere from the cleanliness of the hotel
