Shower was not working I spoke to reception and it was fixed before we returned to our room that afternoon well done 👍 Too many dogs in the area we were staying,Dog poo not picked up even after reporting it.
Entertainment was ok, lots of effort was made to entertain us in the bar area.
Food wasn’t bad, be nicer if there was more drinks available.

Chalets could have been cleaner especially the bathroom,the catering staff were amazing friendly and so helpful,needed more staff on the front desk,but overall a good break

Very good value. Entertainment excellent. Staff very polite and friendly. The only reason rated lower is requested a shower on booking unable to get in bath otherwise would have been higher rating also rooms very clean but very outdated but didnt bother us because always out and about.

Cheap bit good value
Cheap and cheerful. Value for money when you think half board and entertainment included. Chalets are tired, although ours had a relatively new bsthroom, and new carpet in bedroom. Bed linen was very clean.

After 71/2jourmey there was no way to get anything to eat so had to wait untill breakfast. Chalet needs up dating and a good clean as there was cobwebs in windows and bathroom ,tiles coming away from the wall and the sink taps looked as though they had mot been cleaned since thenronze age. Dinning room an not cope with the amout
Of visitors at one sitting. Food was mainly warm when you were able to get some,but yhe food tasted very tasty and nice to eat. Staff were friendly a d hrounds well looked after. Did not see much entertainment at night ac yhere were no seats available dud to people reservi g them .

The room was smelly ..not very clean at all .breakfast was ok apart from running out of food .having to wait for more to be brought out ..saturday dinner was a disaster queued for half hour to find only a few things left hardly any salad left ..no deserts left and no more was brought out .sunday was the same ..so we had no food for the weekend . The thing is there are to many greedy people there .who dont care about anyone but themselves.to top it all off .couldnt find a seat in the concert hall .seats with flags and cardigans on to stop people sitting on them .so we seen no entertainement at all .ive never experienced a place like it .will never go back there .unless they can get proper management to sort it out ... not value for money at all .

在这里预订过很多次了，设施很好；娱乐活动也很棒，泳池刚刚翻修过，有好几个休息区可供选择；有带电视/体育节目的海滩酒吧、安静的休息室、主宴会厅和Queen Vic厅；还有一个小一点的宴会厅。酒吧团队很棒，总体来说所有员工都像一个运转良好的团队。小木屋可以再干净些，但客房服务团队在周转房间方面非常努力；作为住客/度假者/游客，我亲眼见过有些游客离开后小木屋的状况（真替他们感到羞耻，而且完全没必要/不公平？）。娱乐团队非常努力地提供出色的节目。主题活动也很精彩。食物选择一周都比较固定，但总有适合每个人的。餐饮团队无论在前台还是幕后都非常努力。性价比无可挑剔。
