Just returned from a fantastic two week stay at Lake Garda. Had some reservations before our trip having read some of the recent reviews on the apartments but can honestly say we had a great time. Staff at the nearby hotel (where you collect keys from) were very accommodating on our arrival day when we realised we’d be arriving very late in the evening. They made arrangements for us to easily collect the keys and communicated very clearly with us. We arrived in the dark so waking up the following morning to the views of the lake was amazing. The apartments are fairly basic in terms of cooking equipment etc but everything was clean and there are plenty of restaurants nearby! The shower is very small but still manageable and we had an issue with ours not switching off but we contacted the maintenance team and it was repaired within an hour. My one suggestion would be that the lighting in the kitchen area needs to be improved. We had an upstairs apartment with a great outdoor area with a table / seating and a lovely view of the lake. The pool area has plenty of sun beds and we never found it to be particularly busy on any day. We did experience some noise from the apartment next door playing loud music but we asked them to turn it down and they did. Each apartment has its own parking bay so we didn’t experience any issues with parking, even when other people use the entrance to park to visit the beach. The main road is a bit scary if you’re trying to walk to the beach / town as there’s no footpath but you don’t have to walk far to get to the private access to the beach which we walked along day and night and felt very safe.

I can recommend this place for only one reason: the location (but definitely not for seniors or families with children due to the very steep access road). The location is close to the lake, with private access, but you have to cross a dangerous road with cars speeding by at typical breakneck Italian speed. It’s also close to Bikini Bar, which is a plus. And that’s where the positives end. I have never seen such a poorly equipped apartment. No dishwasher. A broken corkscrew. Plastic wine glasses. An old, probably 10-year-old colander. Old, smelly furniture. Poor cleanliness. Weak WiFi. A disgusting, outdated bathroom full of cobwebs and spiders – and it smelled awful due to a plumbing issue. A ridiculously small shower (just 60x60 cm), with lukewarm water and very low pressure. The outdoor AC unit was so loud that we couldn’t even sit outside in peace. The place lacks any kind of privacy – people are packed in next to each other. The view? Straight into your neighbor’s window. The walls are paper-thin – you hear everything. And the parking… an absolute nightmare. The spaces are so tiny that many drivers had to exit through the passenger side door!

Unfortunately, like many Italian streets in towns such as Garda, space is limited, and this is the best way we can guarantee a dedicated parking spot for each apartment. The apartments were brilliant. We loved every moment. The hills were a little steep but worth the view. The apartments were a great size and very close to everything. There are 2 pools, a quaint supermarket and a lovely poolside restaurant. Overall, the stay was delightful. However, there was a slight dampener in our experience. There was a particular resident who lived 2 doors up from the bottom pool area. From the moment we arrived she was entitled and rude. She told us to quiet our children in the morning time, before siesta. She took videos of our children. She hose piped my brother in law while holding his 2 yr old son. Her and her mother blocked the car park because someone was in their spot. She held her hand on the horn of her car for half an hour , while her mother went looking for the resident that took her car space even though there was ample parking. For someone who claimed Namaste hand gestures, this small woman has a heart to match her black hair. She really did sour this experience on a small level, but you can't keep Irish down! Maybe it's all the bitter lemons she eats? Overall the apartment was beautiful, the people were mostly nice. We would love to go back again, even if we were to annoy the witch! One star taken away for the entitled resident, sorry!

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The apartment itself was very comfortable and modern. There is a gentleman who comes around in the evening from a local bakery and takes your order, which will be outside your door in the morning when you wake up with delicious, freshly baked goods. There is a restaurant at the top of the hill, but it is very basic. The only downside was that the swimming pool had signs saying 'silence,' and one particular woman, whom I assume lives in the complex, was complaining if the children made noise in the pool, being very angry and aggressive about this. So if you're traveling with children, they are not allowed to make noise in the pool. Good luck with that one!

我们分配到的第一间公寓的窗户下方的废水排放存在问题。工作人员非常热情，当天就为我们提供了另一间公寓，宽敞、干净，带有一个可以俯瞰湖泊的露台，设施齐全。
最好有指示公寓的标志，因为很容易迷路。
小区环境不错，单间公寓整洁，可惜邻居有点吵。
可惜的是，画廊里的睡眠区空调不够凉快。
住宿环境不错。
非常适合家庭居住。

位置优越，非常靠近湖泊，距离市中心和港口仅约 1 公里，非常漂亮且维护良好的建筑群，干净且布置精美的房子。非常友好和称职的接待。办理入住和退房手续简单。
公寓坐落在加尔达湖边缘山坡上一个美丽的花园中，花园里种满了橄榄树和夹竹桃。公寓设有私人海滩，沿着湖岸步行约15分钟即可轻松抵达城镇。小区内设有带躺椅的泳池和每间公寓的停车位，并设计精美，设有露台和休息区。公寓本身实用而简约，舒适度略逊一筹，家具（椅子/沙发）也同样如此。我们熟悉这个小区已经很久了。多年来，我们更换了窗户和百叶窗，铺设了新地板，并安装了空调，这无疑是一大亮点。我们的公寓最多可容纳6人，浴室非常狭小，没有置物架和挂钩，需要翻新。虽然有加热毛巾架，但淋浴间里却长满了霉菌，其他家具也明显磨损。有些家具已经非常破旧，厨房里弥漫着霉味和潮湿的气味。厨房设备有点简陋，只有一台迷你咖啡机等等。在我看来，性价比不太高。如果你大部分时间都在户外，而且经常出门，你会对这里感到满意。我们觉得这间公寓既不舒适也不宜人。
