We just enjoyed our third extended holiday this year at Liongate House, while visiting family nearby, and we would not stay anywhere else. Liz and Graeme are exceptional hosts, wonderful people, and are both experts on the local area. They offered us many useful tips on restaurants, and on things to see and do. The B&B is spotless, comfortable, unusually well-equipped and a peaceful oasis. Liongate House feels like a second home to us. Breakfast each morning is varied, fresh, plentiful, and delicious. Liz sources top-quality ingredients, bakes her own bread, and expertly cooks breakfast to order. We travel the world about half the year and very rarely experience as pleasant a visit as during our times with Liz and Graeme.

Lovely welcome from our hosts Liz and Graeme. Room was immaculately clean , large , comfy bed, breakfast excellent . Very handy for visiting the Fleet Air Arm Museum and just a 20 min ride to Glastonbury and Street Shopping Village . A few minutes walk away are a pub and an excellent Italian restaurant

We stayed for one night while visiting friends. Lionsgate House is everything you want from a B&B. Friendly hosts, really comfortable bed in a lovely clean room with en-suite. Lovely full English breakfast in the morning and parking. Highly recommend

Another lovely stay at this most charming B&B. Warmly welcomed by Liz and Graeme with tea and brownies. The rooms are spotless, bathrooms large with fluffy towels and very nice toiletries. Breakfast is absolutely delicious. Looking forward to a return visit next April
