Hotel is having service related issue, not proper planing, they are like, the dont care about guest, food is average not prefer, average facility, no lift facility. bad experience will never visit this place again, not preferred for family

It was great staying with GOKULAM. People here are so polite, friendly and respectful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay and it also and it has a great sky bar. 100% recommended. It also has a pool, washrooms are neat and clean. Room service is great.

This is NOT PET FRIENDLY as claimed in the narration. They don't allow pets. It is mentioned wrongly in the description that they allow pets. When I called and enquired in their number, the manager Mr. Praveen told that they don't allow pets.
