Make my trip said its a 3 star hotel..all staf are very good so i just give 2/5..the lift very old they metion only 3 person but in 3 peraon at the time inlift thelift not moving..i have a injured leg ..i walk in step..lift very old not maintaing well very loud and distrubing..room atmospher very old..sounded fan old furniture etc

Toilet is not clean, toilet door is not locked from outside, towel and bed sheet is not cleaned up to the mark

The cleanliness of room and the bed sheets appeared unwashed. Only front office lady is very helpful l for the entire time. Television was not working.

we stayed at pearl palace, cochin for two days and had a wonderful experience. the atmosphere was calm and pleasant, making our stay very comfortable. the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was excellent, and the service provided by the staff was top-notch—friendly and attentive throughout. we also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was fresh and had a good variety. overall, pearl palace offers great value for a comfortable stay in cochin. highly recommended.
早餐还行，但食物周围有苍蝇。房间走廊门很脏，有人吃东西后放在外面，但没清理干净，结果被别人踩了。位置太偏僻了。
