We have just returned from a lovely stay at Arden House. Jan and Mark made us very welcome and Jan provided useful local information including a Turkish restaurant close by which was fabulous. Konak if anyone is interested. The breakfast offering was probably the best we've ever seen in a B&B. So many options and all freshly prepared. Jan was super helpful in assisting me get my Tablet collected by Royal Mail when I stupidly left it plugged in. Many thanks Jan.

What a lovely find this was. We had a pre Christmas weekend away and spent 2 nights here. Jan and Mark are lovely hosts and made our stay comfortable and cozy. Our room was spotless, comfy bed and nice and bright. Bathroom was excellent with a good shower. The breakfast spread was probably the best we have experienced in a guest house. Excellent choice of fresh fruits, cereals, yoghurt and just about everything you could want. A good choice of cooked breakfast to follow. All freshly cooked. Downstairs is a lovely lounge with comfy chairs and a well stocked honesty bar. Jan and Mark have obviously put a lot of time and effort into making guests stay a good experience.

Good location, only 10 minute walk from the station, and town centre. Comfortable room with all you would expect. Breakfast was excellent and the honesty bar cosy and well priced. Mark & Jan were very welcoming and we'd definitely look to stay there again if we visit Harrogate.

From the warm welcome to the more than generous, diverse and delicious breakfast, everything was perfect. The room was very comfortable and clean. Mark and Jan are amazing hosts and will provide you with any information you need! I definitely recommend it and won't think twice about booking it again if I come back to Harrogate. Did I mention the breakfast was amazing?

There are many treasures in Harrogate and Arden House is a real Gem waiting to be discovered. Mark and Jan are the perfect hosts nothing is too much trouble. The cooked to order breakfast, cereals and fresh fruit selection and homemade yogurt and preserves would put most hotels to shame. We look forward to returning soon.

Great B&B in good location within easy walking distance of the town centre. Jan could not have been more helpful or friendly. The breakfast was fantastic, a large choice of fruit, cooked options and homemade preserves.

Room was just what you needed it to be, warm clean plenty of tea and coffee available! Breakfast in the morning was beautiful each day! Mark and Jan were wonderful and welcoming would absolutely recommend

The owners were, welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We appreciated that they were friendly but gave you space. The breakfast was exceptional. Location was ideal, a short walk to the town centre and the free parking was welcomed. We’ll be visiting again.

Mark and Jan run a very friendly and comfortable hotel. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. The breakfast is truly wonderful with lots of fruits, yogurts, cereals and plenty of cooked food too. There is parking and the hotel is very close to the centre of the town. Mark and Jan were always on hand to help when needed. They are lovely hosts. We will definitely return.

As one of the few Guesthouses with an off road car park (as well as providing permits for on street parking), we are ideal for a short break to this lovely part of the World.
