A great motel. Friendly reception. Very clean. Had real cutlery & crockery + washing up liquid, tea towel etc. Comfy bed. Installed hand wash, shampoo & cond, body wash minimising throw-away plastic 👍 Undercover parking right outside our door. Would definitely stop here again.

Having driven most of the night from Brisbane, it was a pleasure to enjoy a good night's rest. Even though I arrived before the check in time, upon calling them and asking what time the room would be ready, they went out of their way to make sure the room was available upon my arrival. The room was very clean and tidy. The only down side was that there were no hand held showers which was have been helpful. Over all, My stay was very enjoyable and not very noisy even though they are on the main road. I would consider staying there again. It was not too far from the major shopping center and shops close by for the bite to eat.

For the price, and compared to other places weve stayed in Mackay we eremt expecting 5 star facilities but were pleasantly surprised and location suited us for what we needed.

We arrived to a friendly welcoming greeting. Advised us of all the close fooderies. The chocs in the bar fridge were cute and delicious. Clean, comfortable, close to everything. ........................................... .........

晚上 8 点，我出门去车上拿东西时不小心把自己锁在了房间外面 - 然后我去了办公室 - 那里没人 - 没有接电话，所以我敲了敲门 - 一个戴着卷发器的老妇人非常生气地走了出来，开始指责我喝醉了，在主干道上追逐**？？？我告诉她 - 不，我是这里的居民，我想回到我的房间。天哪 - 这个地方和业主真是个烂摊子 - 天哪
这个地方很脏 - 电视不能用 - 没有清洁
房间非常干净、舒适、安静，房东热情友好，做事井井有条，注重细节——房间里有三个房间，所以有三包饼干和三罐牛奶，住在这里非常愉快。强烈推荐。
房间虽小，但适合短暂停留，孩子们很喜欢游乐场。工作人员热情友好，乐于助人。地方干净整洁，环境清幽。
