I loved the apartments, the proximity to the local beach and shops, as well as the setting and design of the premises, the pool and spa area was amazing and the features in the apartment were well presented, clean and comfortable.
The service was friendly, helpful and prompt from the staff and the food at the restaurant on site and with room service was delicious. The environment was very relaxing and really felt like we were on holidays.
We will definitely be back to stay again. Well done!

Everything was new & modern, our room was spacious & bed was very comfortable. There were a few odd design choices though. The bath & bathroom vanities were open to the room (although there was a roller blind that could be lowered between the bath and bed). The shower & toilet are in the same space. There was a sliding glass door that you could close between the shower/toilet and the bath/vanity, but it either covered the window opening between the shower/toilet and bath or the doorway. It was not possible to block both. Let’s just say there were some musical moments that I didn’t need to hear! Also, there is a glass panel above the toilet that lets in light from the exterior walkway. There was a light outside my window which illuminated the whole bedroom unless the bathtub roller blind was deployed. And finally, when the shower was used the water travelled to the toilet area and did not drain away easy, so anyone wanting to use the WC got wet feet.

Calm Jewel
On first impressions the Hotel conjures up a Balinese Retreat Vibe. Huge Automatic solid wooden doors invite you into the relaxing foyer & reception’s area. Staff were friendly & engaging.
Special mention to the General Manager Raul, leading by example, showed how superior hospitality & customer service can elevate the overall holiday accommodation experience.
We had a lot of luggage as this was the last night of our journey, before returning home after a long road trip & his thoughtfulness, foresight & hands on help enabled us to decompress with ease & enjoy our stay.
We will definitely return for a longer visit next time to partake in what the in-house Spa, Pool & Restaurant has to offer.
Local Village was within walking distance & was very convenient, as well the Best Ocean Access was a brief walk from the Hotel & just stunning!

A really great property for a short stay. Minor issues with design dropped the score. Bathroom set up meant the shower flooded the toilet floor whenever used - wet surfaces whenever you use it after a shower and potential slip hazards. The rest of the room was excellent, large, stylish, comfy bed and all the amenities you need. Not much around except the beach 2 blocks away
