Booked multiple rooms for guests. Pros: Location is great for Nehru Place and South Delhi. Good rooms. Breakfast was reported to be fine by guests. Cons: Check in process did not mention that room card needs to be handed to reception to enable cleaning of Room and replacement of complimentary bottles daily, thus our guests when asked for bottles, we were charged for the complimentary bottles in the end. In check in one guest was checked into dirty/unclean room which was embarrassing, though the matter was quickly resolved. One room at check out one item of mini bar was charged though it was never consumed, maybe error in checking mini bar at check in. One guest had issue with laundry bill and had to argue to have it resolved. One guest paid most of the room service food bills but at check out when we cleared their room, issues with billing were there and we were asked to call guest down- in the end as they had proof of payment the issue was eventually resolved, this left us feeling uncomfortable due to Billing errors. Also, some rooms had dirty/stained towels at check in- reception said they cannot guarantee towels which are not stained after washing- Not a Response I expect from a 3star hotel. The pros was location and generally friendly staff but the Cons highlighted left us embarrassed as at check out we had to double check all bills with our guests due to errors.

Convenient location for business stay in south delhi location is excellent for which it was selected. Booking through mm t was easy and the checkin was smooth. Room size was fair and amenities were ok. The general repair of the property however is quite poor and needs a thorough paint job. Toilet did not flush properly. Ordered club sandwich from room service which was a disaster. Overall experience was poor.

The location of the pamposh is excellent in the heart of south delhi, a stone throw away from nehru place & greater kailash colony. The rooms are comfortable. But the hotel has certain drawbacks as below: 1. Room service & house keeping is far from satisfactory, considering the location of the hotel. Change of beddings & towels toiletries should be better on a daily basis and not wait for the guests to ask for replacements. 2. The staff at reception needs better training in hospitality. 3. At least two water bottles should be complimentary on a daily basis for twin occupancy. However we were charged for water with the excuse given that the occupants in the room were not available. However in the morning post sleep or at night before retiring all occupants are in their room & that is when they need water. We were charged for peanut snacks kept in mini fridge, which were not consumed by the guests. We paid up for such trivial issues. However this is where a good hotel scores on hospitality and it is expected from a hotel of repute. These issues are very minor, but and make all the difference. 3. The billing staff of the hotel also needs to be more alert to avoid unnecessary billing. Overall hotel location, room ambience is good. But the front office, rules/regulation, if any, should be informed to occupants in advance.

Gate lock was not working to start with , AC was not properly working and took 3 hours to start nominal cooling, bathroom was not clean and charged the rates of 5 start hotel, no hand wash in the bathroom...breakfast is below average.....don’t stay here...only ok for people who are not finding rooms to take their partners on hourly basis..

The hotel had always been my favorite 1) location 2) cleanliness of the rooms 3) staff behaviour surinder is extremely well behaved & professional including a sense of personal bonhomie the at the reception (i dont know her name) is also very polite & wears a “smiley face”

The location of hotel was very good, near to metro station. The room was neat n clean. The food was very good. Front desk’s staff ritu was very cooperative and she offered very good hospitality. I would love to visit this hotel again.
