This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at Atypical Rooms in the last 4 years, and the experience has been wonderful both times. The rooms are spacious, modern, good WiFi, AC, great water shower water pressure and clean rooms. They do have a lift in the building, it’s small but at least it works. Although there is no staff on site other than the housekeeper, staff is very responsive via whatsup to anything you need. As a matter of fact, this last time I forgot an item after I checked out and they were kind to arrange to have the forgotten item to be mailed to me. The management owes another hotel on the same block, so if you need to have your luggage stored after check out they offer that option for your luggage to be kept at their other hotel near by, which is a always a nice option to have.
I do love this location…The Roma Termini was walking distance about 15 mins away, and all the other main attractions are also walking distance such as the Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, coliseum, Pantheon, and Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica. Bus stop is right across the street, which one of the bus lines takes you directly to the Vatican. This hotel is on a Main Street, so even walking late at night as a woman with my elderly mother I felt safe around this area.

Great place, clean. You do have to check in in the building next door. Also, the phone in our room didn’t work. They did give us a local number to call anytime but took a while to respond to our requests.

Amazing place to stay. Great location. Hotel room was extremely clean and comfortable. So comfortable I wanted to find out the brand they used for pillows lol. Woman at front desk was extremely helpful and made my trip more pleasant. Would recommend would stay again

We loved the place and the location. Would definitely stay here again. The place was charming and comfortable, very classy. Checking in was easy. We walked to the Colosseum. Great restaurants nearby. Taxis are right across the street.

Stayed here for one night. This was our last night of our Amalfi/Tuscan vacation, so we just wanted a cozy, clean, reasonable place to stay in a central location to walk to some of the tourist sites and crash before our early AM flight. It was perfect for our needs. ~10-15 walk to coliseum, many restaurants and shops close by. The room was modern, super clean and comfortable. No one was at the reception desk, but we WhatsApp'd their sister hotel next door and received a quick response with check in instructions. 24hr reception is available two doors down so you're not completely 'alone' if you have questions/needs. Shout out to Giovani at the front desk for helping us get a taxi at 5am. Pro tip: Hotel transfers are usually more expensive than taxis. Taxis charge a flat fee of 50 euro and easily accessible. On call 24/7. Might not be ideal if you have lots of luggage but for us, it was perfect.

我做了第一次预订，并且在酒店给我发消息的日期前 2 个月，告知他们管道有问题并要求我取消预订。我没有取消，酒店单方面无故取消预订。取消后，我进行了第二次预订。然而，第二次预订的价格高出 4 倍，而且酒店没有就管道问题与我联系。这种行为很可能是人为抬高房价的欺诈行为，违反了市场规则和消费者权益。这一事实已报告给预订服务提供商。
