Second stay at this hotel (hope it won’t be the last) check-in was super fast and easy, location near all shopping areas and entertainment close by. Would absolutely recommend. Can’t wait to go back.

Slow service at the front desk. I was not told i had to request maid service. No breakfast and nothing was complimentary.

The beds were very uncomfortable, very hard and lumpy mattresses. We were on the second floor and could hear the guests on the third floor walking around above us. Thin walls and ceilings.

Front desk over booked their queen suite rooms that we originally asked for. We were down graded to queen deluxe.

Rachel was amazing during checkin. Its was practically impossible to find availability anywhere. We were tired and needed a room at 1am. We are originally from Florida. Rachel, with her sweet demeanor, was a blessing to work with. Customer service just doesnt exist anymore. So happy to see some still have it.

The only complaint I have is that the toilet was extremely short, and not suitable for someone with any level of disability.
Also, no complimentary breakfast, which wasn't a big deal for us
