This is a great hotel in the heart of Salt Lake City, but highly recommend it to anyone is looking for a stay here

Due to a tragedy in our family this was my second stay in two weeks. Clean rooms, courteous employees and inexpensive rates brought me back. Thank you for giving me a comfortable place to be.

Plenty of parking. Lobby was clean, and front desk was friendly. Rooms were clean and looked updated. Breakfast in the morning was simple but good as well.

Housekeeping knocked on our door before 6:30 one morning…why?
Our room was on the first floor, but we could hear everything that was happening in the room above us.
Very irritating.

Did not feel welcomed.
They need a sign at front desk to explain how to check in when they are away doing other things.

The hot tub was amazing, breakfast had s great variety. Carpet in rooms could be cleaned nut over all great place for the money!

Great breakfast - clean rooms - Pet-friendly - There is an "old" smell in the hotel. I don't know how they'd get rid of it. Maybe change out the carpet?
