No Hot Water.... Cold Showers for Everyone!
Shower faucet leaked all night and there was no hot water. Like none. I had to take a cold shower! Not ideal.

We had 2 rooms booked. Didnt getvthem side by side ad requested. Had a broken ac and had to change rooms. Each time I had to go back to counter to have card re activated.

We didn’t even stay. My husband and I walked into the room and saw mold everywhere. There was even a dead roach in the middle of the bathroom floor. It looked like someone stepped on it and left it there. The place was gross.The hotel smelled like mildew. The guy manning the front desk was friendly, but completely clueless. We were in town for my Dad’s funeral. I had booked rooms for several family members. It turned into a nightmare having to leave and find another hotel to accommodate everyone. Bottomline, don’t stay here.

We were pleased with the lobby & the staff.
However, the bathroom, in the room we stayed, needs help. It had black in a corner of the tub.
From the reviews I thought this was a 3-star hotel. However, in my opinion the toilet paper & tissues were below that standard.

No Comfort
The bathroom only had one light working. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. The room was very humid and felt very damp. Requested another room, inspected with the night manager and the potential new room had the same issue the exhaust fan did not work. No credit or discount was provided. The floor was not cleaned, and the carpets need a good cleaning. One of the elevators was out of service. And the working elevator had a foul smell. The stairwell needs to be vacuumed. The breakfast provided was not as described. Cereal with no milk; coffee with no creamer; oatmeal with no add ons. The only item refilled was the waffle mix. We went 2 times at 7:45a and 8:30a to see if the selection was updated or added and it wasn't and staff did not want to be bothered with the complaint. We had our family in a suite and their room had roaches.
