Room was clean and comfortable, however no housekeeping for entire week of my stay. Breakfast was intermittent - good when available. It was not available 3 of the 7 days I stayed. No explanation. Every morning the coffee in the lobby was leftover and cold from the previous day. No one at front desk in the mornings. Had a sign with a phone and phone number but it just went to busy signal every time. Tried calling managed to extend stay - no answer. Finally gave up and moved to a different hotel.

There were no towels in our room. We called the front desk and were told we had to come down to get them ourselves. They would only give us 2 even though we had 3 guests in our room. Then when we got ready for bed we realized there were no sheets or bedding in the room for the pull out bed. Again we were told we had to come down and get it ourselves. When my husband went down they insisted they had given it to me already and they weren’t going to give it to him. He has to argue with them a bit. Breakfast was already picked over and not stocked and we were down there to eat by 7:30. It was clean enough, but the service for what we paid was not good.

Needs a spring cleaning.
The hotel is old, and that's ok, but it could have been much cleaner. Pee in the elevator from dogs, not cleaned for a day. Room had stained carpets, smelled musky, had toilet paper stuck to the ceiling near the smoke detector in the main room. Coffee was cold & stale both days in the lobby and breakfast area. Further, the breakfast was sausage gravy & biscuits both days, no eggs or other proteins. Lastly, the room did not match the picture as advertised.

GPS kept directing us to a shopping mall and not to the motel. We had to stop and find someone that knew where the place was located. Good night's sleep but breakfast was nothing to talk about. No coffee cups in the dining room so could not have a cup of coffee we were told that they ran out of cups.

When we checked in, the front desk young lady was very polite professional and helpful. However when we checked out there seemed to be no one in the hotel. Breakfast was scheduled at 6-9. We went down and 6:30, 7:30, and 8:00 and all the lights were off. There were 8 or 9 confused guests wandering around the lobby. An empty coffee dispenser was sitting on a table. When you called the front desk, a recording said they were assisting other customers. It appears several people must not have shown up for the morning shift. We left and went out for breakfast.
