This hotel has been my go to whenever I come to town. Service is good, bed is comfy. I wish checkout time was a lil later but overall it’s good

The room had garbage everywhere, the bedding was stained, and the walls were dirty, the coffee pot was missing pieces and the front desk ignored me when I spoke with them, they never addressed one problem.

The toilet seat in my room was covered in pee and hairs. The rest of the room looked like it had not been cleaned. The blankets on the bed were very dirty. There was dirt in the bathtub. When I brought it up with the staff, I waited an hour and they only wiped down the toilet seat and said there were no other rooms available. The hot tub looked dirty and made foam. The breakfast was supposed to open at 6 and nobody was there to open it until after 6:40. I ended up having to go somewhere else for breakfast.

No one at the reception desk just a phone to call someone. Room not well cared for. Just didn't feel inviting. Will not stay in a comfort Inn again

Scam. We booked a king bed room with Jacuzzi. We had to come three separate times to check in as no one was at the desk. Each time we waited for about 10 minutes while using their phone to try to get service. Then, we were told the all the Jacuzzi's they had required maintenence so we got downgraded to a normal king room with no reimbursement for the difference. Then the sheets had some grass in them, they also had stains (blood spot, yellow spot, makeup streaks, and something green. The bathroom fan did not work so the room was very humid, with paint peeling in certain spots. Finally, this hotel is right by the freeway, but the walls must be thin because we could hear every truck pass by. My wife and I did not get good rest, never going to this place again. Watch out.
