Our new go to Hotel for events in Cleveland!!! Loved every single thing. The bed and pillows are so comfortable!

All was great except the kids running around and loud in the lobby I made all of the other guests just go to our room or else where instead of having a drink at the bar

Nicest Mariott property I've ever stayed at
The hotel is very updated and comfortable. The pool is very family friendly and the rooms are all updated and inviting. This is probably the nicest Mariott property I've ever stayed at. If I return to Cleveland I definitely want to stay here again. Bathrooms are great and the glass doors are a plus. The beds were very comfortable as well. The hotel even has a nice smell throughout it.

Hotel has been around for awhile, but seems brand new. Everyone I encountered was friendly and great service / solved any issues. Best hotel on east side of Cleveland, by far!

Would stay again
Check in was super easy. Staff were very friendly. The atmosphere was nice and the lounge was nice. Their gym was great, and so was the outdoor patio.
The room was nice, modern, and clean. Shower was real nice.
My only complaint is the seating in the room is odd. Long couch under the TV looking towards the bed, and there was a bean bag chair.

Great shuttle service!
The shuttle driver, Jimmy, was great. He was very accommodating when I gave him a wrong address for drop off.

Staff was so nice! Rooms were bleachy clean and there were lots of places to go eat. It was also safe and quiet. Will definitely stay again.

Cleveland STILL rocks!!
This place was situated in the best areas by the hospital, shopping outlets and eateries. I enjoyed the staff was so personable even the manager Mrs. Genna Sparks, even the opportunity to workout at Lifetime fitness. I will ne nack to this location as should everyone!
