Room was clean. Had to pay an extra $10 to check in an hour early even though there were numerous rooms available as the hotel was almost completely empty. Hotel was been renovated as there was construction equipment and debris scattered all over the parking lot and inside the lobby area. Only hotel in the area do it was a place to lay your head for a night.

Decent

Did not use the gym. The bed was too firm for me and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut. The refrigerator was great. The AC worked fine. The staff was helpful.

I booked a room with breakfast included. There was no breakfast available because of remodeling. I inquired about getting the room at the price of a room that didn’t include breakfast and I was told that I had to contact *******. Also my room’s air conditioning unit was very noisy and loud. I had to wear my air buds with noise reduction to sleep. Over all the room was sufficient. I would like to have known that the hotel was being renovated and that breakfast was not available, especially since I booked a higher price room that included breakfast. I would have rented the room that did not include breakfast at the lesser rate. That is the only complaint I have with *******.

Great room, but poor service and construction mess

When we arrived, there was no one to check us in. We rang the bell. Twice. Still nothing. So i called on the phone. It rang there, but no one answered. About a minute later, someone finally showed up. The lobby looked like a war zone, as it was apparently the staging area for the renovations that are in progress here, which was also obvious from the construction materials and equipment in the parking lot. But our room was very nice, newly remodeled, new tub, bathroom fixtures, etc. So in the end, it was a good experience.

Only property listed near our destination that accepted pets. Fridge in room was more than adequate in size. Bathroom door was coming a part. Towels were stained, dingy, and fraying from wear. Toilet seat was in poor condition. Alarm clock radio was missing several parts and should not have been in the room. Door to the room which went straight outside did not have a security lock. Website stated that there was a free breakfast item and there was not. Staff entered our room when the Do Not Disturb sign was hanging on the door. Our room keys were deactivated prior to check out time. One night someone in the parking lot was blowing a car horn repeatedly in the middle of the night. We will not be returning.

Bed was comfortable and shower hot other than that it was a disaster. Tiny thin towels. Shower curtain falling off the wall. Promised breakfast was stale cereal or a waffle. Condition of entire property was appalling. Never again.
