Sketchy!! First of all, the room states it’s nonsmoking but it smelled so bad walking in- like smoke mixed with mold. One of the top blankets had blood on it, there were empty body wash bottles behind the bathroom door. There are men that hang out their doors all night long smoking. All night. It was so noisy. We went out to dinner and upon returning our keys didn’t work to get in. I had to go back to the front desk twice to get the key programmed and working. In the meantime, a man invited me into his room to call the front desk and I’m thankful my son was there to scare him away. Will never recommend.

checked in at 10pm because we got stuck in traffic in another state. the night agent said it would be no big deal to sleep in until 12 noon, they werent that busy. But I did my part to wake up on time to double check, went to call the front desk from my room, the phone is completely broken, as is the door to our room, the handle and the base of the door were coming apart. When I called the front desk to make sure it was fine we stay in the room an extra hour (after I told him my room phone is broken) he tells me I can stay for $25 otherwise I need to go.. what a joke, busted up room in a ghetto hotel and y'all saying you're gonna charge me $25 for an hour when I couldnt even call you from my room to ask.

Room and outside of buildings need cleaned up. Bedding was clean but floors, walls, etc were very dirty.

The only issue we had was door handle and key slot needs replaced/updated. It's very loose. But the room and AC unit were great

The front desk staff were all incredibly friendly and nice. There were minor issues with our door handle and the towels were too small, but otherwise a safe and clean place to stay. Be sure to get breakfast at Apple Annie's in the plaza across the street, they are amazing also!

Unsafe to unload wheelchair in the dark. No lights near ada room. Holes in parking lot tripping hazzard. Sidewalks are narrow and on a slope near ada room. Ada room i had did not have a seat in shower. No place near the shower for a towel. Towel rack at other in of huge bathroom. Size of bathroom was only plus. Office hard to get into and driveway was up a huge hill in the dark you cant tell where your hoing. Room smelled like old riverwater humidity and smoke from 30 years ago.
