Room was great! Very comfortable beds, clean and we were in the handicap room. It was well cleaned. Hotel is in a safe area.

Check in person had no clue what they were doing, took forever to get checked in to room. Incidental fee of $150 does not just show as pending then come back to your account upon check out, it’s actually debited and then takes 14 days to be refunded.

Parking can be a problem. My friend and I were in town to attend a play. When we returned from the play around 10pm there were NO parking spaces available. A bus had arrived carrying a group of teenage girls and had parked across at least 6 parking spaces. We went inside to ask the desk clerk what we should do. He said we should park at the hotel next door, actually about 200 yards away across a dimly lit street, and walk back over to the hotel. Then told us there are a few spaces at the back of the hotel but probably nothing available back there as it is more of a service entrance. We did find one narrow spot then had to walk all the way around the hotel to gain access. This was totally unacceptable for two women traveling.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Restroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries. Parking lot was well lit. Breakfast was promptly available at 6am with a variety of choices. The property was well kept and inviting. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep this location in mind.
