Pool was colder then normal notified at check in. Received a text about a refund due to pool after checking in and leaving for night. Pool cold, hot tub foamy. Limited breakfast choices lots out of order. Lacking towels. Shower very slow to drain. Duvets stained and couch dirty. Would not stay again. Especially with young kids.

There were three families traveling with us, and we chose to stay at La Quinta specifically for the nice pool and hot tub amenities. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
The pool heater was broken, leaving the water ice cold, and the hot tub appeared as though it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The water was green, murky, and clearly not properly maintained. My children went in for only a couple of minutes and now have a rash because of the water conditions.
For the price we paid, this was absolutely not the experience we expected. We are not impressed and feel that the state of the amenities—and the impact on our children—warrants a response and appropriate compensation

Nice 3rd floor, quiet room. We slept well which is the purpose of our stay. The pancake machine is broken, and the one waffle iron is a challenge. Out of yogurt and limited fruit. Space too small and they should encourage conference room use. Pool heater broken so water was freezing.

Room was cold, remotes didn’t work for tv, we got upgraded to another room the remotes still didn’t work, hot tub water was dirty and dark.

The heater made a terrible noise every time it kicked on and we could hear the people above us talking and snoring. The toilet ran all night no matter wha we didn’t try and fix it. We were also warned that the pool was cold so we didn’t bother using it.

Clean,stylish, spacious comfortable room that included microwave, coffee, fridge. Rob, who checked us in very helpful& friendly. Hot Breakfast VErY good Dislikes: no working coffee pot in dining or lounge area(broken), person in chage seemed overworked with stocking& cleaning breakfast area to keep up!
