We stayed here as a big group, in two 3 - bedroom villas. Overall a tad out of town, it’s a good location, right on the lake and has some great facilities like the swimming hole in the lake, pool, park, jumping pillow and tennis court for the kids to play with. But the cleanliness of the cabins were not great. It looks like no care is taken for the upkeep of them. Dust on the wind sills, cobwebs in places, toilet brush holder falling of the wall, toilet bin all rusty, used drink bottles sitting on the window sill of the bunk bed from previous occupants, bunk beds unmade (sheets were provided and said we had to make them ourselves, they only make the main bed) but the worst thing was the main bed - as soon as we saw the top layer, it had mould all over it. Took it off the bed, and each layer had some type of stain on them, which is disgusting. Even though it looks like it has been washed, you would think they would throw away bedding that has mould or stains on them. You would have definitely seen this when making the bed. In addition, upon booking, we asked for x 2 cots that weren’t there / set up upon arrival and the pool was freezing the whole stay - not sure it they have heating pump or not? Would not go back, and don’t recommend. Hoping we can find alternative accomodation next time that puts cleanliness at the forefront.

Wonderful park 5 minutes from Mulwala. Lovely clean amenities and surroundings. Very helpful staff and big sites with lots of grass. Well supported by courtesy buses from the clubs.the lake is just spectacular at sunset. Really nice swimming pool and ample space to do a bit of canoeing.

- best holiday park me and my family have been to - our pool cabin was so large and clearly very modern - pool was great - lakeside location can’t be beat - friendly reception staff - including the canine team of Bruce and Hugh! - my rating is four stars not five primarily because of poor cabin allocation - me and my daughter were in the duplex cabin, next to a patron who came late and left early and was a loud cougher. Made sleep difficult. Also, if there were some plastic tubs for food leftovers available in the cabin equipment list, that would be good for people who cook food rather than go out for meals. And, this is everywhere by the way, hooks in the bathroom!!!!

Tasman Holiday Park was well maintained and great location. Did however, have a spot of bad luck with a hot water service dying the day we arrived. This in turn meant they shipped us off to another cabin (minus the lake view) that was extremely dirty, full of spider webs, stains and leaking kitchen sink.

VERY DISAPPOINTED by rude and not very helpful office staff…. For such a beautiful park, it really put a dampener on our 4 day break 😢😢
