Hotel canceled our 3 room reservation the day of our stay without notification. Hotel clerk said they canceled in the am, check in was at 3:00pm. Very poor representation of the brand. Not sure I’ll choose this chain again. I travel regularly and have never had this experience. Clerk also told us they were sold out and now the rooms in the area are more expensive. Apparently they do not like the discounted room rates through the app.

We had a very enjoyable experience staying for family weekend in Lexington. The hotel was further than our normal area due to increased congestion with homecoming and the football game. The staff were very polite and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We had an enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to return here in the future.

The toilet was next to not working at all. The tank took at least 4 minutes to refill for the next person usage. The tv was snow and said poor connection so there was no checking news for upcoming weather and road issues.
