Only stayed for a few hours to catch some sleep. Seems like very nice property right off of I 90 to get some rest. Breakfast was more than adequate. Would stay there again if in the area.

The bathroom fan doest work, so after 6 showers , the room is very humid. When i went to pull out the sofa bed for my kids, it is covered in crumbs and the floor under it is full of wrapers and nasty. Im thankful i brought sheets from home for that bed , although i wasnt offered sofa couch sheets anyway upon checkin even though i indicated upon booking. Overll not super impressed.

Bed, shower, remote
Bed was a little too high and difficult to get into, the glass door on the bathroom was awkward and noisy as well as failed at canceling noise and light and the shower was too small to use comfortablely. And we spent 30 minutes looking to the remote to the TV which was found under the window air conditioner after asking the desk that didn't seem to know it was missing and did not have a replacement for it. However the rest of our stay was uneventful and very nice.

The staff and lobby area was very nice. The room was ok but your feet stuck to the bathroom floor and the toilet did not flush well

We booked two rooms. Room 1 had not been vacuumed and the tables had not been wiped down. Dirty plastic silver ware was on the floor next to the bed and the body wash is empty. Bed cover is also dirty. This is our 3rd stay and the property has gotten progressively worse. Pool area is not open and is being used as a storage area.

Not for us!
Got a suite and the suite door was glass offering absolutely no privacy, same with the bathroom door. Was sliding frosted glass but did not lock and was not secure. My daughter was in the living room sleeping on the sofa bed and was freezing at night because the heat/air unit was only in the bedroom! I don’t recommend this hotel.

One highlight to disaster hotel trip
So helpful and accommodating due to the hawthorn screwing us over on our room that’s handicap accessible and there was no elevator

I felt like the rooms were not clean very well. The pullout couch had a tour mattress with stains on it. The garbage outside was overflowing for two days. The breakfast was not good at all. It was all frozen food warmed up in the microwave not the staff was wonderful. They just needed a better job of cleaning and keeping it clean.
