Did not like the fact that we had to pay $15.00 a day for parking, especially when surrounding parking lots were $10.00 a day. We paid enough for the room parking should have been included.

It was a great trip! Room was a good size, fireplace and balcony were very nice. Hot tub was a plus. Would stay again!

The staff and room were great!
The hot tub was wonderful , Darren the bistro chef was wonderful as well as the bistro staff .
Location was great , walk to downtown easily . Nice views of mountain lights at night .

I was very disappointed with my stay. I requested room service twice from two different staff members, but it was never completed. It’s frustrating to have to repeat the same request and still be ignored. The lack of responsiveness and attention to guests’ needs shows poor management and customer service. For the price, I expected much better hospitality and reliability. I would not recommend staying here.

The room was in good condition. Staff was very nice! Internet didn’t work unfortunately. Volume button wouldn’t turn down. AC was not very powerful at all. And for the premium pricing, I believe breakfast should have been included. Also there was no door in the shower which we didn’t like.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. However, being charged 15.00 per day for parking when there were not enough parking spots available was beyond annoying!
这个万怡酒店名不副实，设施比较简陋。订单是含早餐，用完餐后却被酒店告知要收费。Ctrip收到反馈后及时解决，希望类似情况尽量不要再发生了！
床的状况很差，WIFI 不能用，除了位置以外，一切都不好。
