The staff was extremely polite and understanding. I'm a foreigner visiting with very little Indonesian language experience. They were very patient with me, very respectful and polite while I was there. I would recommend this motel if visiting Bengkulu, Indonesia. The amenities were above expectations and extremely convenient. I stayed for 8 nights with zero issues or complaints!

非常适合家庭度假的酒店，服务热情，地理位置优越，就在市中心。
房间不干净，床单和椅子上有很多污渍。家具损坏，房间照明很差，厕所也很脏。
这里没有隐私可言，因为隔壁房间的阳台之间没有任何遮挡。
总的来说，房间的清洁度非常差，家具也破旧不堪。但是工作人员的服务非常出色，迅速且专业。
酒店不错，位置也挺便利，停车位很宽敞，早餐还行。
