We have stayed at this hotel more than once. It is conveniently located. It's clean the environmental controls in the room work great making the room comfortable at any time of year. The bathroom layout is superb. Two people can have all there stuff in the bathroom without any territorial disputes.

史上最糟糕的住宿体验！
入住时，钥匙打不开门，因为门锁坏了。后来我换了房间，结果发现没有遥控器，错过了NBA总决赛。晚上有人在摇晃我的房门。第二天早上，我发现门锁附近有很深的划痕。当时我一个人住，感觉很不安全。第二天早上，淋浴的水冰凉刺骨，感觉糟透了。到了晚饭时间，我邀请了住在附近的亲戚来吃饭，结果他们做的饭菜又干又硬，根本没法吃。总之，这次住宿体验非常糟糕。我收到过短信，让我预约客服时间，但一直没有接到电话。
这家酒店本来很不错，只是我的淋浴没有热水。经理很抱歉，并表示会全额退款，毕竟房间价格高得离谱。但两周过去了，我还没收到退款。我尝试打电话和发邮件联系他们，但总是被敷衍搪塞。我知道人都会犯错，但处理方式才是衡量一家企业好坏的标准。他们处理这件事的方式实在令人失望。

千万别住538号房，就在某个机械室楼上，整晚和早上都传来金属敲击的滴答声。简直是我住过最差的酒店！床没有支撑，淋浴把手松动会转动，电视机上方墙上莫名其妙地有个洞，他们装机顶盒的时候没用石膏板螺丝，直接就重新装上去，墙上留下了个洞。没有快捷杯，咖啡机的杯子是滑落式的，一拉就关机了，真是蠢到家了。
我电话里遇到的几位女员工完全不懂什么是客户服务，态度非常粗鲁且不专业。我之所以没有给差评，完全是因为一位友善且专业的男员工。这些女员工从周五晚上一直工作到周六晚上。我们遇到的那位男员工非常友善，而且真正理解客户服务的含义。入住酒店，就应该享受到懂得如何与顾客沟通的服务。
对于希望在比佛利山庄和好莱坞附近工作的人来说，这里是理想的地点。
我很满意。
几年前搬走后，每次去丹佛，我都会回到这家艺术酒店。它位于艺术博物馆旁边一个非常安静的地方，附近有很多快餐店！我也非常喜欢那里的餐厅。
