我经常出差，去过很多城市、小镇和州。这次入住这家总统酒店，简直是一场噩梦。房间里漏水，我的电子设备都被淋湿了……而且漏水的程度非常严重，水从墙上汩汩流下来——明明只是一场普通的雨……当天晚上，酒店承诺的专车服务也延误了（当然，考虑到下雨和一些湿漉漉的拖鞋，可以理解）。后来道路干涸，交通恢复正常，一切才恢复正常。然而，酒店对之前的问题却表现得漠不关心，甚至还对之前的问题一笑置之。这真是一次糟糕透顶的经历。

家很一般，很长。房间比较宽敞，干净。但它面临着一条非常吵闹的街道，大部分时间和清晨都有喇叭鸣响。幸运的是只住一晚。舒适的床上用品。在令人惊讶的、非常黑暗的洞穴式环境中享用晚餐。食物一点也不差，服务快捷而友好。然而，我们是晚上消化不良的受害者，这不可避免地与晚餐有关......我们怀疑这个地方的卫生状况。由于光线很暗，我们没有意识到这一点。早餐比较令人失望。几乎没有什么好东西。而且餐具的清洁度还有待提高。

Stayed here for one night as stopover during our travel to Goa and were very pleased with the room, service and the food. Room was very comfortable & spacious (booked a club suite), even with extra bed placed in the living room. View was fantastic. Two themed restaurants, one Veg & another non veg were very creative and artistically made. We tried the cave themed non veg restaurant. Food & Servuce were really good. A very good place with excellent value for money

The property located at a good place in the middle of Hubli and Dharwad (closer to Hubli actually). Food was okay and service needs improvement. The price I felt a little higher for the room. The facilities are also okay. I was there for two days. The breakfast had no variety. It was overall a good stay but not that good also for a 4-star property. I expected even more.

Very Decent Hotel, With excellent View of the Unkal Lake, Good value for money, Hygenic, Very Supportive Staff. Both Restaurants serve excellent food. Neat & Clean. Have been staying on multiple occasions and every time it has been a very good experience.

The location of the hotel is very good over looking the lake , staff is polite and helpful, the food in the room service and the gufa restaurant is very good the location is prime on the main road
