Great place for the whole family to enjoy time off and together. Rooms are very clean, have plenty of space and the staff was very helpful. Had a great time!

This was the best hotel we stayed at in our 2 week trip. It was incredibly expensive, though $100 cheaper than going through the hotel itself. The water park was really cool, and our 14 year old boys loved it. The room was spacious and cool, with ample room to move. I was really pleased with the size, to be honest, as it was probably double a normal room in another hotel. The carpet was sticky in places, and that was gross. The door knob to the bathroom fell off, and I had to put it back on. And I’m sure the showers are meant to look classy, but they are completely ridiculous and impractical, and you get water everywhere. That being said, it was worth it for the water park. Important to note: the water park is a HAUL from your room. Prepare for a hike.

The room was disgusting, dirty clothes left on floor of closet from previous guest, dirty sbot rag with blood under pillow on bed from previous guest, old food caked on cabinets and walls of kitchen area, half the lights burnt out. No shampoo or bodywas in bottles. Been better off staying at a 50 uear old motel.

拉皮得的酒店真便宜，又新又舒适！绝对物超所值！
我是万豪Residence Inn的忠实客户，因为我们旅行时为了保证饮食健康都会尽量自己做饭，最长时间在同一家酒店连住了五个月，一直非常满意！但这次在Rapid City踩坑了！
首先是房间的位置非常偏远，可能是酒店最差的房间。（一楼的最边角，临近高速公路50米不到！）其次是房间的设施，我订的是套房，但很多硬件软件令人烦恼——奶锅盖是脏的，洗碗机是坏的，微波炉无法启动，洗菜池水是热的（另一个方向是烫的），下水道是臭的，十点半出门拿个东西发现门卡失效（离规定的退房时间还有半小时）……唯一的优点是搬行李方便，毕竟开门就可以从偏门到停车场！
我不知道携程和酒店怎么合作的，好像绝大部分情况下，我通过携程订的酒店房间都不太好，很容易分配到走廊尽头或者低楼层位置，而且也无法在酒店积分。或者，因为我选了“黑钻贵宾价”？所以，我决定这次剩下的50多天行程，尽量在酒店官方网站或者其它平台预定。
我在这里度过了一段愉快的时光。房间不错，员工友好热情。如果自己有车或者只是想在州际公路附近找个地方落脚，那位置还算可以。

我们在这里住得很愉快。我们全家一起旅行，玩得很开心，水上乐园也很棒。房间很干净，空间也很大，适合我们一家人。
这家酒店和其他万豪酒店一样好，但最特别的是它附带的水上乐园。让我们的整个住宿体验更加美好。我的孩子们都不想离开。
