I never stay there even though they charged me on the top the road was block as major accident happened so there was no way to reach. But they never understand we tried to called them and informed as well we can understand they can charged for one day but another day they should give us a partial refund. But the manager and staff on the front desk never understood and charged me because of natural stuff happened

Hotel is close to all the attractions in gatlinburg.. room is very clean and newly renovated. Different breakfast each day.

We thought a brand owned by Radisson hotel would be good. But apparently all these major companies are buying up these small hotels. Lipstick on a pig. It is slightly better than Days Inn type of hotel. We got free RV parking, and a massive black bear came about, yes in the middle of the town. Be careful and dont leave kids unattended in Gatlinburg. Bears can appear anywhere.
Where is the diversity in hotel staff? What are we becoming in this country?

Our room this time and last time I booked through *******, we were given a neglected room with damaged furniture and patched holes in the walls. It had such a bad odor that we had to go buy room freshener to spray often. Bedding was not what was in rooms surrounding us, as we could see in as they were being serviced. Our mattress had sagging trenches on both sides. I had back surgery earlier this year and I barely got any sleep. The door to the adjoining room allowed the screaming kids/parents next door to disturb us which I reported. We never heard the front desk call or come visit, so nothing was done about it. It continued until after 10pm. I’ve stayed at this location many times prior to this year and never had issues until I booked outside of their website. They obviously don’t like you getting discounts from other online booking agencies. We left a full day early.

Front desk staff was very unprofessional, and very unfriendly, especially in the evenings for check-in and general information inquiries. Grounds are not very well kept, carpet in the hallways is worn and frayed, not at all what I was expecting from a Radisson Hotels property, I will not stay here again.

一般般。提前三月订的酒店,延迟扣款时发现,当日酒店价格是原先提前锁定房价的7折🙄
唯一的问题是泳池没有开放。但我理解他们正在进行一些改造。
房间比想象中大。床很舒服,但是睡着后背有点疼,不过总体来说还不错。早餐也很好,有饼干和肉汁,我们很喜欢。
一切都很棒,员工很热情周到,地方也很干净。
